Frugal tip: To avoid one of the money pits of going out to do something even when it’s free – you guessed it FOOD!!

1. Pack a lunch!

2. Look for restraunts nearby the location on http://www.restaurant.com where right now you can buy a $25 certificate for just $3 that’s 70% off… (Make it go farther by ordering water and avoiding pricey soda or other drinks!)

3. Pack snacks and drinks too! Sometimes being so busy can make you and the kids more hungry than normal!

Thanks to Thrifty NW mom and Sounds Fun Mom for the list!
